直肠肿瘤中nm23蛋白的表达及其意义

The Expression of nm23 Protein in Rectal Tumors and Its Significance

为探讨转移性抑制基因 nm 2 3在直肠肿瘤中的表达情况及其意义 ,应用免疫组化 S- P法对 5 4例直肠恶性肿瘤和 2 4例直肠良性肿瘤进行 nm 2 3蛋白的测定。结果显示 :nm2 3蛋白在直肠恶性肿瘤 Dukes A期和良性肿瘤中呈高表达 ,而在 Dukes C期中呈低表达 ,提示 nm 2 3蛋白表达可作为判断直肠肿瘤预后的一项独立指标 ,其高表达显示预后良好。

To study the expression of nm23 protein and its clinical significance in rectal tumors, 54 malignant and 24 benign rectal tumors were examined by immunohistochemical S P method. There was a high nm23 expression in the Dukes A rectal tumors and the benign tumors, but a low expression in Dukes C rectal tumors. The nm23 expression may be an independent prognostic indicator in rectal carcimona patients. Its high expression indicates a good prognosis of rectal carcinoma.
