急性白血病的纤维蛋白单体聚合功能的测定 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨急性白血病 (AL)患者纤维蛋白原 (Fbg)功能改变及其临床意义 ,用蕲蛇酶水解 Fbg,动态观测 96例健康人和 89例 AL 患者的纤维蛋白单体聚合功能。结果显示 :AL 组的 Fbg含量和 Fbg分子功能及纤维蛋白单体聚合速率 (FMPV)较正常组明显升高 ,其差异有显著意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。急性早幼粒细胞白血病 (APL)伴弥散性血管内凝血 (DIC)较 APL 不伴 DIC组的 FMPV、Fbg明显减低 ,差异有显著意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。提示 :Fbg功能的检测对 AL,尤其是 APL 伴 To explore the changes and clinical significance of the function of fibrinogen (Fbg) in the patients with acute leukemia (AL), after taking the AT to hydrolyze Fbg, 96 healthy controls and 89 patients with AL got a dynamic observation for the polymeric function of the Fibrin monomer. The results showed that the content of Fbg, the function of the Fbg molecules and Fibrin monomer polymeric velocity (FMPV) in the AL group were all obviously higher than in the control group with the difference being significant between them ( P <0.05). The FMPV, Fbg in the acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) with disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) group were obviously lower than in the APL non DIC group( P <0.05). It was indicated that the detection of Fbg function might play an important clinical role for the evaluation of coagulation function in the patients with AL, especially in those with APL associated with DIC.
