摘要 目的 了解肺癌患者明胶酶B基因表达的情况。方法  46例肺癌患者术中取癌组织及正常肺组织 ;提取组织总RNA ;用共扩增逆转录定量PCR方法测定其明胶酶B基因表达水平。结果 肺癌组织明胶酶B(MMP9)的基因表达明显高于正常肺组织 ;肺癌组织MMP9基因表达水平与肿瘤大小 ,肿瘤组织类型无关。 Objective To investigate gelatinase B(MMP 9) gene expression in patients with pulmonary carcinoma.Methods Cancerous tissue and normal lung tissue were obtained from 46 patients with lung cancer and total RNA was isolated from the tissues.Gelatinase B gene expression level was measured by quantitative analysis of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Results Gelatinase B gene expression level in cancerous tissue was much higher than that of normal tissue.MMP 9 gene expression level had no correlation with tumor size and histological type of lung cancer.Conclusion Gelatinase B might play an important role in the invasion of pulmonary carcinoma.
