阿尼西坦和复方海蛇胶囊治疗老年记忆障碍的比较

Comparison of treatment effect of aniracetam and reinhardt and sea cumber capsule on memory impairment of the elderly

目的 通过观察阿尼西坦和复方海蛇胶囊 (RSC)治疗前后记忆功能的情况 ,探讨如何合理选用提高记忆功能的药物。方法 用韦氏记忆量表 (WMS)测定记忆功能 ,并选用阿尼西坦与RSC进行治疗比较。结果 阿尼西坦与RSC两组治疗后增值比较显示 ,阿尼西坦对记忆项目中的数字积累和视觉再生两项疗效显著 ,而RSC对图片记忆、触摸测验和理解记忆方面有显著的疗效。结论 在改善脑功能的治疗中结合记忆测定的10个分指标 ,选择性地应用促进智力药 。

Objective To select the proper medicine for improving the memory function by using the nootropic aniracetam and reinhardt and sea cumber capsule(RSC). Methods By using Wechsler memory scale (WMS) to evaluate the memory function and compare the curative effect of aniracetam and RSC.Results Aniracetam had better effect on memorizing numericals, increase of cognitive function whereas RSC had better effect on memorizing images, increase of comprehension and deep sensation of palpation.Conclusion These suggest proper selection of nootiopie drug can improve the brain function if associated with the ten parametus of the memory test.
