家兔内毒素性DIC时血清LPO含量、红细胞SOD活力的变化及意义 被引量:10

摘要 本实验用内毒素复制家兔DIC模型,以硫代巴比妥酸法测定血清LPO含量,以邻苯三酚法测定红细胞SOD活力,探讨二者变化及自由基反应在内毒素性DIC病理过程中的意义。结果表明:模型组血清LPO含量(9.36±2.65)与对照组(6.62±1.91)比较明显增高(P<0.01),而红细胞SOD活力(1676.41±374.01)与对照组(2225.66±411.85)比较明显降低(P<0.005)。提示自由基可能参与了DIC的病理过程并且是致组织损伤的重要因素之一。本文对该病理过程中自由基增多可能的机制进行了讨论。 In order to understand the change of free radicals in the pathological process of endotoxin DIC, the level of serum lipid peroxides (LPO) and the activity of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) were determined by thiobarbituric acid method and pyrogallol method in disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) rabbits induced by endotoxin. Results showed that there was a significant increase (P<0.01) in the level of serum lipid peroxides (9.36±2.65) in the experimental group, compared with the control group value (6.63±1.91), and a significant decrease (P<0.005) in the activity of SOD (1676.41±374.01 V.S. 2225.66±441.85) in red blood cell in the experimental group. It suggested that the free radicals take part in the pathological process of DIC and be one of the important factors in tissue injury. the possible mechanism of increased free radicals in the pathological process of endotoxin DIC was discussed.
