摘要
本文研究了三七总皂甙(PNS)对大鼠心脏功能的影响,结果证明PNS显著增强大鼠心肌耐缺氧能力(P<0.001)和对抗大鼠失血性休克(P<0.001)及明显改善大鼠离体工作心脏左心室的舒缩性能(P<0.05)。
Effects of panax notoginseng saponins on cardiac functions have been investigated in rats. The results demonstrated that it enhanced significantly tolerance to hypoxia (P<0.001) and ameliorated hemorrhagic shock (P<0.001) in rats and improved significantly cardial performance in isolated working rat heart (P<0.05).
