摘要
泡沫金属是近几年发展起来的一种新型结构功能材料。利用粉末冶金法制备的泡沫铝,其相对密度为0.2~0.6,平均孔径为25mm,孔隙率为40%~85%。分析讨论了试验工艺条件和工艺参数如混料条件、铝坯压缩条件以及发泡中的加热温度、加热速度和保温时间等对泡沫铝形成的影响。
Foamed metal is a new functional and structural material which has been developed in recent
years.Foamed aluminum is produced by the P/M method.i.e.by mixing 6061 powders and blowing agents of TiH2 powders and pressing them to densification,then foaming.It has 40%-80% porosity,2-5mm pore diametet.and 0.4-0.6 relative density.This paper studies the effect of mixing conditions,pressing parameters and foaming temperature,heating rate and heat preservation time-
