摘要
研制了折射率n_D达1.65左右高含钡的BaO-SiO_2-B_2O_3-ZnO系统的金红与硒红玻璃。从大量的熔制试验中,获得合适配方与无分相的透明玻璃。对原始玻璃进行合适的热处理,获得一定尺寸的Au与Cd(S,Se)颗粒,显示出红颜色,同时,对显色玻璃的透过光谱作了较详细的研究,发现玻璃组分中,BaO及TiO_2的引入,不仅有效地提高了玻璃的折射率,还使得硒红玻璃的吸收边蓝移。同时发现,随着热处理时间的增加。硒红玻璃的吸收边明显红移;而金红玻璃未有明显的位移现象。
Red glasses based on BaO-SiO2-B2O3-ZnO system were prepared.They were colored with Au and
Cd(S,Se) particles and the refractive index of nD reached 1.65.Many chemical compositions and different processes of fabrication were tested to obtain promising ones which can eliminate phase separation and devitrify effectively.Gold ruby glass and selenium glasses were obtained by properly heating the original glasses to prouduce Au and Cd(S,Se) particles.Their transmission spectra were investigated.It was found that BaO and TiO2 compohents not only enhance the refractive index of glass obviously,but also make the absorption spectra blue-shifted,and the absorption spectra of selenium glasses were significantly red-shifted as heating time increased.
