清血消脂片对血脂水平的影响

The Clinical Effect of Qingxue Xiaozhi Tablet on Hyperlipemic Patients

目的:观察中药清血消脂片对高脂血症患者的调脂作用、安全性及中医临床症状疗效。方法:将200例高脂血症患者随机分为口服清血消脂片的治疗组和口服月见草油的对照组。治疗前后均检查血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)和中医症状积分。结果:治疗组TC平均下降14.11%,TG平均下降38.08%,HDL-C平均上升26.92%,优于对照组(P<0.01);中医症状疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);ALT、BUN、Cr治疗前后比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:清血消脂片可以有效调节血脂,改善临床症状,使用安全。

Objective: Observing the effect of Qingxue Xiaozhi(QXXZ) tablet on serum lipids, clinical symptomatic score and safety of hyperlipemia patients. Methods: 200 patients were divided into two groups, 100 case in the QXXZ tablet treatment group and the others in the control group with YueJianCao oils for 4 weeks. Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipolipid-cholesterol(HDL-C) were observed before and after treatment. Meanwhile aminotransferase, BUN, plasma creatinine and clinical symptomatic scores were also observed. Results: Decrease of TC, TG, symptomatic scores as well as the increase of HDL-C in the treatment group were significantly different from the pre-treatment period and in the control group. Aminotransferase, BUN and plasma creatinine have no significant different between pre-treatment and post-treatment in the both groups. Conlusion: This study indicates QXXZ tablet is effective for regulation of blood-lipid, improvement of clinical condition, and is quite safe.
