芳香开窍法对全脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑水肿及超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛水平的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的:观察芳香开窍药对脑水肿大鼠脑组织SOD、MDA水平的影响,以探讨芳香开窍法对缺血性中风的治疗作用机理,为临床上运用芳香开窍法提供实验依据。方法:采用pulsinelli的4vo法建立大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,检测脑组织水含量以及超氧化物歧化酶及丙二醛水平。结果:①芳香开窍中药能降低缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织含水量,与模型组及尼莫通组比较具有显著性意义(P<0.01);②芳香开窍药能提高缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织SOD水平,与模型组及尼莫通组比较具有显著性意义(P<0.01);③芳香开窍中药能降低缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织 MDA含量,与模型组及尼莫通组比较具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:芳香开窍药能降低缺血性脑水肿,其机制可能通过减少脑组织MDA含量及升高SOD水平有关,这可能是其芳香开窍法的机理之一。 Objective: To observe the effect of drugs for inducing resuscitation on brain edema,SOD and MDA in the ischemia reperfusion rat so as to explore the therapeutic mechanism of inducing resuscitation method to ischemia stroke and provide the experimental evidence for the clinic application of this method. Method: By establishing the model of pulsinelli抯 4vo ischemia and reperfusion and test the level of superoxide dismuase and malonyldiadehyde. Results: ①Drugs for inducing resuscitation can reduce the water quantity in the brain tissue; ②Drugs for inducing resuscitation can increase SOD level in the brain tissue, which has significance compared with model group and nimodiphine group (P<0.01);③Drugs for inducing resuscitation can reduce MDA level in the brain tissue. Conclusion: Inducing resuscitation method can reduce the brain edema, the mechanism may be relevant to reducing the MDA level and increasing the SOD level in the brain tissue;this may be one of mechanism of inducing resuscitation.
