维尼安对绝经妇女血一氧化氮及内皮素的影响

Effects of conjugated equine estrogen on the levels of plasma nitrogen monoxide and endothelin in menopausal women

目的 探讨维尼安 (CEE3)对绝经妇女血一氧化氮 (NO)及内皮素 (ET)的影响。方法 选择绝经妇女 83例 ,随机分成替代组和对照组 ,测定两组用药前及服药后 3个月 ,6个月时血NO、ET、促卵泡激素 (FSH)、雌二醇 (E2 )的含量。结果 替代组服药前、服药后 3、 6个月血ET、FSH含量及NO/ET比值间的差别有显著性意义(P <0 0 1 )。对照组服药前、后各观测值间的差别无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5)。治疗 6个月后两组ET、FSH含量间的差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。结论 绝经妇女补充CEE3,血浆ET水平降低 ,NO与ET比值升高 ,对心血管有保护作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of conjugated equine estrogen(CEE 3)on the levels of plasma nitrogen monoxide(NO) and endothelin(ET) in menopausal women.Methods Eighty_three menopausal women were studied and divided into two groups randomly:replacement therapy group and control group.Plasma Levels of NO?ET?follicle_stimulation hormone (FSH) and Estradiol(E 2)were measured before the therapy and after it at 3 and 6 months.Results There were significant differences in the levels of ET?FSH and the NO/ET ratio between before and after therapy at 3 and 6 months for replacement therapy group(P<0 01).There were no differences in the values between before and after therapy for the control group(P>0 05).There were significant differences in the levels of ET and FSH between two groups at the end of the 6th month of therapy(P<0 05).Conclusion Replacement of CEE3 for mentopausal women results in a dropped plasma ET level and an increased ratio of NO to ET.This may be beneficial to cardiovascular protection.
