摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定雾灵鼻通滴鼻液中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Beckman ODS柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),流动相为甲醇-0.34％磷酸二氢钾(50:50),流速0.8ml·min^(-1),检测波长240nm。结果:平均回收率100.0％,RSD=0.7％(n=5)。线性关系良好。结论:该方法灵敏度高、专属性好、操作简便、重现性好。
Objectives; To establish a method for the determination of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in Wulingbitong nasal drops by RP-HPLC. Method: The chromatographic conditions were as follows. The column was Beckman ODS(5um, 4.6 mm× 250 mm), the mobile phase was methyl alcohol 0.34% kalii dihydrogenii phosphas(50:50) and detected at 240 run. The flow rate was 0.8ml min-1. Result: The average recovery was 99.97 %(RSD = 0.7% , n=5). Conclusion: The result showed that the method was simple and accurate in the quality control of Wulingbitong nasal drops.
