摘要
本研究用白细胞致热原(leucocytic pyrogen,LP)复制家兔发热模型,观察石膏灌胃对家兔发热效应和脑脊液环核苷酸含量变化的影响。结果发现:60分钟时,石膏+LP组动物△T℃(0.40±0.08),TRI_3(2.55)明显低于LP组△T℃(0.91±0.06),TRI_3(4.99),分别比较两组△T℃和TRI_3,其差异均非常显著(P<0.01)。脑脊液cAMP含量:石膏+LP组(17.48±1.27pmol/ml)明显低于LP组(25.14+2.11pmol/ml),而cGMP含量在60分钟时石膏+LP组(17.40±1.36pmol/ml)则明显高于LP组(12.70±0.50pmol/ml),差异均非常显著(P<0.01和P<0.005)。作者推论:石膏煎剂灌胃对家兔发热效应有明显抑制作用,其机制很可能与中枢组织中环核苷酸含量变化有关。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of gypsum on LP-induced fever and the CSF levels of cAMP and cGMP in rabbits. It was found that gypsum could inhibit the rise of body temperature caused by LP injection, (△T of gypsum +LP group is 0.40±0.08℃, TRI_3 2.55; LP group 0.91±0.06℃, TRI_3 4.99 P<0.01) and that cAMP levels in CSF could be decreased by gypsum, comparing with that of other groups. But a significant increase of cGMP levels in CSF was found in this experiment (cAMP levels of gypsum + LP group in CSF are 17.48±1.27 pmol/ml, LP group 25.14±2.11 pmol/ml, and cGMP levels of experiment animals 17.40±1.36 pmol/ml, LP group 12.70±0.50 pmol/ml. P<0.01 and 0.005). This shows that gypsum can inhibit LP-induced fever; changes of cyclic nucleotide levels in the central nervous system might play a major role in febrifugal mechanism of gypsum.
