摘要 目的为了掌握我院护理教师的课堂教学水平 ,制定合理的师资培养计划 ,提高护理教学质量。方法采取自愿报名、科内筛选的方法 ,选取 42名护理教师进行课堂讲课比赛 ,并根据本院“青年教师课堂讲课竞赛评分标准”对讲课情况进行定量分析。结果得分最高 88 6 3分 ,最低 6 0 0 9分 ,平均 72 19分 ;总分 70~ 80分人数最多 ,占 5 2 38%;各项目平均得分率 75 %以上 2项 ,75 %以下 9项。结论我院护理教师课堂讲课水平普遍偏低 ,对护理教师的系统性教学培养不够 ,今后需加强护理教师的继续教育。 Objective To know the classroom teaching level of the nursing teachers in our hospital, work out a rational training plan for teachers and improve the teaching quality of nursing sciences.Methods Forty-two nursing teachers were selected to take part in the classroom prelection competition. The quantitative analysis on the prelection was performed accordint to ' Scoring Standard of Young Teacher Classroom Prelection Competition' issued by our hospital.Results The highest score was 88.63 and the lowest 60.09, mean 72.19. The scores of most the competitors were 70~80, accounting for 52.38 %. The average scoring rate of 2 items was over 75 % and that of 9 items was below 75 %.Conclusion The classroom prelection level of nursing teachers in our hospital was generally low. The systematic teaching training for nursing teachers was not satisfactory.
