木糖醇对糖尿病病人血糖及胰岛素释放的影响

Effect of Xylitol on Blood Glucose and Insulin Release of the Patients with Diabetic Mellitus

目的探讨糖尿病病人静脉注射木糖醇注射液后血糖及C 肽变化。方法对 45例糖尿病病人在用药前、后各采集静脉血 1次 ,观察用药前后血糖及C 肽的变化 ,结果用药前血糖 (11 31± 4 72 )mmol/L ,用药后(10 97± 5 2 7)mmol/L ,两者比较 ,P >0 0 5 ,差异无显著性意义 ;血C 肽浓度用药前 2 0mg/L ,用药后 5 μg/L ,用药前后比较 ,P <0 0 5 ,差异有显著性意义。结论静脉注射木糖醇注射液不会升高糖尿病病人的血糖 ,并可以刺激胰岛细胞分泌胰岛素。

Objective To study the changes of blood glucose and peptide C in the patients with diabetic mellitus after intravenous injection of xylitol solution.Methods The venous blood was taken before and after administration of xylitol in 45 cases of diabetic mellitus. The changes in blood glucose and peptide C before and after administration were observed. Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose before [(11.31±4.72) mmol/L]and after [(10.97±5.27) mmol/L] injection of xylitol (P>0.05), while blood peptide C showed significant difference before (20 mg/L) and after (5 μg/L) injection of xylitol (P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous injection of xylitol solution can not only result in an increased blood glucose of the patients with diabetic mellitus, but also stimulate the islet cells secreting insulin.
