摘要
在大鼠侧脑室微量注入五肽胃泌素(G-5)0.1μg观察其对胃电和胃运动的影响。实验结果表明:侧脑室注射G-5(0.1μg/10μl)后胃电慢波的振幅由对照值的0.56mV增加到0.847mV(P<0.01),快波的振幅和频率也明显增加;胃窦运动频率增加到对照值的41.556±1.01%(P<0.01),振幅增加196.68±2.07%(P<0.001)。这一反应被切断双侧颈迷走神经所阻断。提示脑内的胃泌素可参与对胃电和胃运动的调节,这一作用可能是通过迷走神经来实现的。
The effect of intracerebroventricular microinjection of 0.1μg pentagastrin(G-5) on rat's gastris electricity and gastric movement were observed. The results showed that after intracerebroventricular microinjection of G-5 (0.1μg/10μl), the amplitude and frequency of rat's gastric electricity slow wave were increased from the control value of 0.56mV to 0.847mV (P<0.01), and that of fast wave were also increased remarkably. The frequency of gastric sinus movement was 41.556±1.01% (P<0.01) of the control value, but the amplitude increased to 196.58±2.070%(P<0.001). The reaction was arrested by cutting off the vagus nerves on both sides of the neck, There results suggested that gastrin in the brain may participatc in the regulation of gastric electricity and gastric movement. The effect may be achieved through the vagus nerve.
