摘要
本文针对高压断路器操作振动信号的特点 ,提出一种新的振动信号处理方法 ,该方法基于积分思想 ,能够有效地将振动信号中的细微变化明显地反映出来 ,通过曲线拟合的方式将变化用多个参数定量表达。分析结果表明该方法较好地考虑了测量的分散性 ,对不同状态下的信号具有较好的区分度。在了解不同故障情况下参数的特点后 ,就可以利用参数的组合实现对断路器状态的识别。
A new vibration signal processing method is proposed according to the characteristics of 12kV high-voltage circuit breaker's actuator mechanism.Based on integral conception,the mehtod can show the tiny change in the vibration signal.Several parameters are used to express the change by curve-fitting.The analysis results show the validity of the method for its good ability for distinguishing different signals.The state of the circuit breaker can be recognized with different parameters combination after finding out the parameters' characteristics in different fault conditions.
