简要表达了在赣州电网建设、改造的过程中 ,如何重点规划建设好电网结构和解决过渡时期运行方式等问题的几点意见。

In the process of the construction reform in Ganzhou electric-network how to chiefly programme the construction of the electric-network and how to solve some problems of operating modes in transient, the present paper attempts to make several suggestions.
