摘要
DIMS是解决异种或独立信息源之间专用信息收集问题的一个查询调合框架 ,允许信息用户基于个人视图的角度而不是系统定义的集成角度来表示查询。它的查询调合过程分 5个步骤 :查询路由选择、查询分解、并行访问计划生成、子查询变换及执行和查询结果装配。
DIMS is a query mediation framework for solving the question of collecting information among heterogeneous information sources, or among individual information sources. It allows the information user to represent queries based on personal views,not on the integration of system definitions. Its process of query mediation consists of five steps: query routing, query decomposition, parallel access planning, subquery translation and execution, and query result assembly.
