摘要
针对某厂200 MW汽轮机组在毁机事故过程中失去转速信号而无法直接确定事故过程中转速的动态变化过程的情况,对机组事故追忆中DAS系统所记录的SOE信号及机组各主要参数的实测值所留下的微弱相关信息进行了分析,采用分段信息融合的方法复现了事故过程中转速的动态变化过程并对计算结果的可信度进行了分析。分析结果表明:文中所计算的转速动态变化过程具有很高的可信度,真实复现了事故过程中机组转速的动态变化过程。复现的转速信号不仅为机组的故障诊断提供了依据,也为确定200MW机组在正常运行中难以确定的特性提供了重要的数据来源。
In allusion to the dynamic change of rate signal can not be confirmed in an accident of some 200MW turbine generator unit,based on the analysis of the SOE signal and the faint information of the unit main parameters recorded byDAS,this paper recovered the rate signal in the accident using sectional information fusion method and analyzed thereliability of the computed result.The analyzed results show the calculated rate signal is highly credible.The calculated rate signal offered not only reference for diagnosing the fault of the unit,but also data source that can be used to make certain some unmeasurable characteristic parameter of 200MW turbinegenerator units.
