摘要
研究了直流电晕放电诱导自由基簇射脱除烟气中的NOx。该技术特点是以NH3为吸收剂的气流通过喷嘴电极电晕区域,分解产生自由基,氧化(或还原)NO。研究发现:通入喷嘴电极的气体成分和流量对放电的V-I特性有影响,通过调节两股气流量,可得到稳定的帘状流光电晕;烟气中水蒸汽对电晕放电的V-I特性有影响,并为NOx脱除过程提供更多的OH自由基,可提高NOx脱除效率和单位能量的NO脱除量。实验结果表明,此项技术可有效脱除烟气中的NOx,并且能耗较低。
A technique for removing the NOx from flue gas is studied .The technique is by using a D.C. corona which induces radical showering. It is the key point of the technique that the gas together with NH3 as absorbent going through the corona zone which is close to the nozzles and dissociated into radicals oxidizing or deoxidizing the NO. It is found that when the gas comes into the nozzles, its change in composition and flow rate impacts the V-I characteristic of the corona discharge. The vapor in the flue gas provides more OH to improve the NOx removing efficiency and the unit energy yield for NOx removing. Experimental results show that the technique will successfully remove NOx in flue gas and with lower energy consumption.
