摘要
喷钙脱硫一直是电厂脱硫的主要方式。然而钙基脱硫剂及其衍生产物的辐射特性和热物理特性对炉内辐射传热有着重要的影响。本文采用溴化钾压片吸收谱法,利用TGA-FTIR联用分析仪对钙基矿物质粒子,包括CaO、CaCO3、CaSO4、石灰石和实际脱硫过程产生的含钙基矿物质的灰等,进行光学特性实验测定。由所得到的透射光谱推导出吸收指数k。通过Mie理论求解其辐射特性参数,即吸收效率、散射效率和散射相函数,从而为采用喷钙脱硫的媒炉的辐射换热计算提供理论依据。
By using a KBr-Press slice and a TGA-FTIRallied analyzer, the optics properties of calcium-basic mineral particles are studied. The particles include CaO, CaCO3, CaSO4limestone and ash contained in calcium-basic minerals, which is generated from the real process of desulphurization. Through transmission spectrum mensurated during the experiment, the absorption- coefficient K is obtained. By using the Mie抯 theorythe radiation properties are reckoned out including absorption efficiency, scattering efficiency and scattering phase function.
