摘要
本文介绍了有STC控制的Ku波段接收组件的研究工作 ,该接收组件包含多个功能单元 ,有PIN电调衰减器、低噪声放大器、镜频抑制混频器、前置中频放大器、STC控制电路等 ,介绍了组件整体和各功能电路的设计理论、设计考虑。
This thesis is about the research and design of a Ku-band receive subassembly, which has Sensitive Time Control(STC). This subassembly consists of such units as PIN voltagetuned attenuator? low noise amplifier? image reject mixer? pre-IF amplifier? STC circuit and soon. The thesis expounds the theories' considerations and results of each unit and the whole circuit of the subassembly.
