A Discussion on the Realization of CIMS in One Research Institute

首先对CIMS进行了简述 ,然后介绍了某研究所科研生产的现状 ,最后提出某研究所实现CIMS的可能途径。

The concept of CIMS is introduced briefly in this paper.Then this paper describles the current status of scientific research and production in some research institute, at the end it suggests a possible way to realize CIMS.
