摘要 目的 :研究同型半胱氨酸诱导基因 (homocysteineinducedgene,HCY 2 )在大鼠体内的表达及分布 ,为进一步探讨该新基因的功能奠定形态学基础。方法 :用免疫组织化学ABC法染色 ,对成年Wistar大鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾、大脑、小脑及脊髓等器官中HCY 2基因的表达与分布状况进行形态学观察与半定量分析。结果 :发现心脏中HCY 2阳性反应物质主要在心肌纤维、Pukinje纤维、大动脉中膜平滑肌和外膜营养血管平滑肌中 ;肾中HCY 2表达强烈 ,分布较广泛 ;脊髓前脚运动神经元和中央管室管膜细胞、肺内小支气管至肺泡管上皮及肺泡Ⅱ型细胞HCY 2均高表达 ;肝、大脑、小脑中表达很弱 ;胰腺和脾几乎没有表达。结论 :同型半胱氨酸诱导基因在大鼠体内分布广泛 ,但在不同器官中的表达强弱不甚相同 ,同一器官内HCY Objective: To study the expression and distribution of homocysteine-induced gene HCY-2 in rats. and inquire further the functions of HCY-2. Methods: Immunohistochemistry ABC staining method was used to observe and analyze HCY-2 expression and distribution in the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, cerebum, cerebellum, and spinal cord in adult rats. Results: Immunoreactive substance of HCY-2 was chiefly found in cardiac muscles and Pukinje fibers,in smooth muscles of tunica media and nutrient vessles of adventitia in large arteries It was widely distributed and strongly expressed in kidney. The expression of HCY-2 in motor neurons of anterior crus in spinal cord was fierce. Simultaneously HCY-2 fiercely expressed in epithelium from small bronchial to alveolar duct and type Ⅱalveolar cells. HCY-2 expression was slightl in liver, cerebrum and cerebellum. There was almost no expression in pancreas and spleen. Conclusion: HCY-2 distributed widely in rats. The strength of expression was different in different organs. And the distribution of HCY-2 was different in the same organ.
