摘要
目的 研究羟丁酸钠对小鼠脑缺氧的保护作用。方法 采用小鼠常压缺氧模型 ,考察羟丁酸钠对小鼠缺氧的保护作用 ;用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和硫代巴比妥酸法 ,观察羟丁酸钠对氰化钾引起小鼠缺氧时脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量的影响。结果 羟丁酸钠 1 0 0mg·kg-1 和 2 0 0mg·kg-1 ip ,能明显延长常压缺氧小鼠的存活时间 ,显著提高氰化钾引起小鼠缺氧模型中脑组织SOD活力和降低MDA含量。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of sodium oxybate against cerebral hypoxia in mice.?Methods Ordinary pressure hypoxia model in mice was adopted to observe the protective effect of sodium oxybate. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured by using thiobarbiturate and xanthine oxidase methods respectively in brain tissue of mice undergoing hypoxia induced by potassium cyanide.?Results Sodium oxybate 100 mg·kg -1 and 200 mg·kg -1 prolonged the survival of hypoxia mice under ordinary pressure, and significantly increased the activity of SOD and decreased the content of MDA in brain tissue of hypoxia mice after potassium cyanide.?Conclusion Sodium oxybate protects mice against cerebral hypoxia.
