膝关节髌内侧滑膜皱襞的关节镜下分型及意义

CLASSIFICATION AND SIGNIFICANCE UNDER THE ARTHROSCOPE OF PATELLA MEDIAL SYNOVIAL PLICA OF KNEE

目的 :探讨膝关节髌内侧滑膜皱襞的关节镜下分型及其与滑膜皱襞综合征的关系。方法 :对 75例 (75膝 )关节镜下发现有髌内侧滑膜皱襞的病人 ,详细记录皱襞的特点 ,并加以分型。结果 :髌内侧滑膜皱襞的位置、形态、质地的变化呈现多样性 ,因此其致病特点亦不相同。结论 :将髌内侧滑膜皱襞的镜下表现分为七型 ,Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ型因其肥厚、纤维化 ,并与关节产生不相适应的摩擦。

Objective:To classify patella medial synovial plica under the arthroscope and discuss the relation with synovial plica syndrome of the knee.Methods:Seventy-five knees in 75 patients with patella medial synovial plica were diagnosed with arthroscopy, record the characteristic of plica and classify it under the arthroscope. Results:Patella medial synovial plica shows variety in position, form and texture,so its pathogenetic characteristic is different too. Conclusion:The form of plica under the arthroscopy are classified as seven types. Type Ⅳ,Ⅴ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ can lead to synovial plica syndrome, because the plica are plump obviously and fiberization ,and they cause friction and squeezing in joint.
