腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术后卵巢创面出血的处理

TREATMENT OF OVARIAN HEMORRHAGE AFTER SHELLED OUT THE OVARIAN CYST BY LAPAROSCOPE

目的 :探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术后卵巢创面止血的方法。方法 :30例卵巢囊肿患者行腹腔镜手术 ,其中 2 8例腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术采用套圈结扎止血法处理卵巢创面。结果 :30例卵巢囊肿直径在 3～1 0cm之间 ,采用套圈结扎止血 2 8例。平均手术时间 30min ,术中出血数毫升。其中有 7例套扎时卵巢皮质留有死腔 ,术后随诊无卵巢血肿形成。结论 :腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术后 ,创面应用套圈的方法止血节省时间 ,止血效果确切 ;手术安全 ,并发症少 ;可保护卵巢功能。

Objective:To study the hemostasia method of ovarian hemorrhage after shelled out the ovarian cyst by laparoscope.Methods:Thirty ovarian-cyst cases underwent laparoscope. Twenty-eight cases dealt with the ovarian hemorrhage with the cish-endo-loop. Results:The cysts vary in diameter from 3 to 10cm in 30 cases,28 cases used the cish-endo-loop. The average surgical hour was 30 minutes and the blood volume was a few milliliters. There were 7 cases that had dead space in ovarian cortex. The follow-up showed that no hematoma was found.Conclusion:The cish-endo-loop is a good way to stanch the ovarian cut when performed laparoscope to strip of the ovarian cyst,such as less time, less complication,efficiency, safety, and protect the ovarian function.
