输尿管镜医源性损伤的防治

PREVENTION AND CURE FOR THE INJURE MADE BY THE OPERATIONS OF URETEROSCOPE

目的 :防治输尿管镜损伤。方法 :掌握好适应症、提高操作技巧 ,及时发现和正确处理医源性损伤。结果 :本组 2 52 5例用输尿管镜治疗的患者中共发生损伤 35例占 1 .4% ,各种并发症分别为 :穿孔 2 6例 1 % ,大出血3例 0 .1 % ,输尿管断裂 3例 0 .1 %。损伤后开放手术 1 1例 ,因患肾无功能切除 3例占 0 .1 %。开放手术治疗损伤的比例为 0 .4%。结论 :输尿管镜是一种微创治疗技术 ,但也可造成严重并发症需不断提高操作技巧 ,及时发现妥当处理好所造成的损伤。

Objective:To discuss the causes and positions of injury made by the operation of ureteroscope and the measures to deal with the hurt.Methods:Among the 35 cases, 3 cases of separation of ureter, 26 cases of perforation of ureter, 3 cases of nephrectomy, 3 cases of bladder filled after ureterorrhagia.Results:The injured rate was 1.4%.Conclusion:The operation of ureteroscope is a micro-wound technology. To decrease the injury rate, it is very important to improve the operational techniques, find and treat the harm promptly.
