消化内镜消毒管理模式研究

STUDY ON ADMINISTRATION PATTERN OF GASTROINTESTINAL ENDOSCOPE DISINFECTION

目的 :探讨消化内镜消毒质量的影响因素 ,制定消毒管理模式 ,规范消化内镜消毒管理。方法 :选取我市四家市县级医院进行了现场试验 ,针对不同的影响因素进行了试验分组 ,对消化内镜相关样品HBsAg阳性率进行观察。结果 :诊疗前进行病源 (HBsAg)筛检 ,使用酶化洁液和正确的消毒方法均可明显地降低内镜HB sAg阳性率 ;采用“病源 (HBsAg)筛检 +酶化洁液清洁 +正确消毒方法”的综合管理模式 ,可显著地降低内镜HBsAg阳性率。结论 :采用“病源筛检 +酶化洁液清洁 +正确消毒方法”的内镜消毒管理模式 ,可有效地提高内镜消毒质量 。

Objective:To investigate the influences of gastrointestinal endoscope disinfection and improve endoscope disinfection effect. Method:Experiments on endoscope disinfection were taken in four hospitals of Hebi city.Positive rates of HBsAg were observed in different influences.Results:HBsAg test of patients, use of enzymatic detergent and correct disinfection methods decreased the rates, the administration pattern that included 'HBsAg test of patients,use of enzymatic detergent,correct disinfection methods.'decreased the rates notably. Conclusions:To insure endoscope disinfection effect and prevent nosocomial infection,the administration pattern should be adopted that included 'Screening of patients, use of enzymatic detergent, correct disinfection methods.
