摘要
目的 调查重庆城区空气中真菌的属种及飘散规律。方法 1999年 10月~ 2 0 0 0年 9月期间 ,在重庆市渝中区及南岸区共设两个暴片点 ,每天暴片 ,并在上述暴片点每月 2次进行暴皿调查。结果 重庆城区空气中全年均有真菌飘散 ,高峰在 5月 ,次为 10月。暴片中的真菌孢子按数量多少依次为交链孢霉属、黑粉霉属、锈菌夏孢子和附球菌属等 3 0个属种 ,暴皿培养生长的真菌属种按数量的多少依次为着色芽生菌、白酵母菌、青霉及曲霉菌属等 2 4个属种。结论 重庆市城区空气中多属种真菌 5月和 10月期间高频率出现源于此时重庆地区温度相对较高 。
Objective To investigate the variety of air borne molds in Chongqing city.Methods A survery of air borne mold was conducted from October 1999 to September 2000 by exposing slides and culture dishes.Results Spores collected belonged to 30 species.There were molds spreading throughout the year.The peak of spread was in May by culture dishes containing 24 species.Conclusion The temperature and humidity of Chongqing city is rather high, this climate condition is suitable for the breeding of molds.This investigation shows the common pattern of mold spereading in Chongqing city which provides a more effective screening of mold allergens.The findings would help the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory allergy caused by molds.
