摘要
目的 :探讨高压氧治疗急性视神经炎的疗效及机理。方法 :回顾分析高压氧治疗急性视神经炎74例患者的临床资料。治疗方法皆为高压氧加用扩血管药物。结果 :视乳头炎有效率达 72 .3% ,球后视神经炎有效率达 77.5 % ,两组总有效率达 78.3%。结论 :高压氧是治疗急性视神经炎的有效方法 。
Objective:To study the clinical efficiency and the mechanism of hyperbaric oxygenation on acute optic neuritis. Method:74 cases with acute optic neuritis(29 cases of papillitis and 35 cases of posterior optic neuritis)were analyzed retrospectively in this study.They were treated by hyperbaric oxygen combined with vasodilator and the efficiency was analyzed.Result:The efficiency rate reached 71.4% in papillitis,82.5% in posterior optic neuritis,and the total efficiency rate reached 78.3%. Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen is an effective method in the treatment of acute optic neuritis.And the treatment should be started as early as possible.
