加温气道湿化在气管切开护理中的应用

Clinical application of heating and humidification of airway in tracheotomy

目的 :探讨加温气道湿化对气管切开患者的护理效果。方法 :随机将 10 8例喉部术前或术后气管切开患者分为治疗组 6 0例与对照组 48例 ,治疗组采用加温 (湿化液温度 35～ 38℃ )湿化气道 ,对照组采用常温湿化气道 ,观察两组患者的刺激性咳嗽 ,气道粘膜出血 ,肺部感染 ,皮下气肿 ,咽瘘发生情况及住院天数 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 :治疗组 6 0例中刺激性咳嗽 ,气道粘膜出血 ,肺部感染 ,皮下气肿 ,咽瘘发生例数分别为 8、 3、 6、 1、 0例 ;对照组 48例中分别为 2 5、 12、 2 2、 5、 1例。平均住院天数前者为 13d ,后者为 18d (P <0 0 1)。结论

Objective:To explore for the nursing effect of humidified heating airway to tracheotomy.Method:108 cases laryngeal operation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control. Temperature of heating and humidified airway is between 35～38℃ with control under nomal temperature,statistics had been taken about stimulous coughing,haemorrhage of airway mucosa,lung infection,subcutaneous emphysema,pharyngeal fistula and so on.Result:Incidence of such above complications are all lower in treatment group.Conclusion:Heating humidified airway method show better than routine method.
