肺癌合并上腔静脉阻塞综合征的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing about pulmonary cancer complicated with superior vena cava stenosis(SVCS)

目的 :了解及预防肺癌手术并上腔静脉置换术后的并发症。方法 :收治护理 17例肺癌合并上腔静脉阻塞综合征 (SVCS)患者 ,密切观察病情及采取有效的护理措施。结果 :17例患者手术顺利 ,无严重并发症 ,均痊愈出院。结论 :右肺切除及上腔静脉置换术是新的手术治疗方法 ,挽救了局部晚期肺癌患者的生命。针对术后并发症 ,采取相应的预防及护理措施 ,保证患者平安渡过围术期 ,提高了患者的生活质量 。

Objective:To understand and try to prevent from such complications as SVCS due to pulmonary cancer.Method:17 cases were accepted and treated. Result:17 cases all showed no complications and discharged cured.Con^clusion:Loborectomy and replacement of super vena cava can save patients suffering from late stage of pulmonary cancer,a serries of nursing measure had been put forward to improve patients' living quality.
