病毒性肝炎患者胆道手术可行性探讨

To explore the possibility of cholangio-operation in the patients with virus hepatitis

目的 探讨病毒性肝炎患者实行胆道手术的可行性。方法 对 2 10例病毒性肝炎伴肝外胆道疾病患者的外科围手术期治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果 死亡率为 3.8% (8/ 2 10 ) ,手术并发症发生率为 19.5 % ,主要并发症为术中出血和术后肝功能衰竭。结论 病毒性肝炎患者的胆道手术是可行的 ,术前需要正确评价肝功能 ;围手术期强调持续保护肝脏治疗、调整代谢系统、全身支持、预防感染等综合治疗。要求术者对胆道手术比较熟练 。

Objective To explore the possibility of cholangio operation in the patients with virus hepatitis.Methods 210 cases of virus hepatitis with extrahepatic biliary diseases were analysed retrospectively in the perioperative duration.Results Mortality of operation was 3.8%(8/210) and the complication rate was 19.5% (41/210),manifestating mainly blooding in the operation and liver function failure after operation.Conclusions It is possible to perform cholangio operation in the patients with virus hepatitis.It is extremely essential to evaluate liver function before operation.It must be emphasized in liver protection therapy,metabolism regulation,system supporting and infections prevention during peri operation.
