更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎50例

Treatment of cytomegaloviral hepatitis with ganciclovir:A report of 50 cases

目的 探讨更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎的治疗效果。方法 对 5 0例确诊巨细胞病毒性肝炎的患儿随机分成对照组和治疗组 ,均给予保肝等对症处理 ,另外治疗组加用更昔洛韦 ,7.5 m g/ kg,q 12 h,连用14 d。结果 对照组与治疗组肝功能 ,黄疸消退差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎治愈率80 % ,与对照组比较差异有非常显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。

Objective To explore the curative effect of ganciclovir on cytomegaloviral hepatitis.Methods Fifty children with cytomegaloviral hepatitis were divided randomly into two groups.All patients were given symptomatic treatment.Twenty five patients in treatment group were given ganciclovir 7.5 mg/kg/q 12 h for fourteen days in addition.Results The changes of ALT and TBil in treatment group were superior to that in control group( P <0.05).The curative rate of treatment group were 80%( P <0.001).Conclusion The ganciclovir has a good effect for treatment of cytomegaloviral hepatitis.
