摘要
松嫩草场近年来“三化”现象日趋严峻。其原因是资源开发不合理,搂柴草的现象严重,土地利用不合理以及环境污染。今后政府职能部门应把草场的管、护、建一体化提到议事日程,重点解决松嫩草原区的能源危机,合理使用自然资源,尽最大努力尽快治理风沙、旱涝,盐碱化以及环境污染,各部门相互协调、共同工作,解决科研与应用的严重脱节问题。
The Son—nen steppe is one of the best steppe in the world. Atpresent, the degeneration of the steppe in this area is very serious. The main cause is as follows: Ⅰ . The unitlization of natyral resaurces is not rational, Ⅱ. It's very widely that the farmers are lacking in foggat, Ⅲ. The utilization of the land is not rational. Ⅳ. Enviromental pollution. The opinion of control is as follows: Ⅰ . Bring the management, protection, construction of the steppe into the line with the local government schedule. Ⅲ. Emphatically settle the energy crisis in rural'area of Son—hen steppe district. Ⅲ. Natural resources must be utilizated rationably. Ⅳ. Control drought, wate rloging, salinization, wind—sandy and enviromental pollution, as quickly as possible, etc.
