菊苣引种栽培试验研究初报

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON INTRODUCTION AND CULTIVATION TEST OF CICIIORIUM INTYBUS

本文初步介绍了从新西兰引进的饲用菊苣新品种普那菊苣在太原地区的栽培试验情况。结果表明,该品种在太原地区能安全越冬并完成其生育期,不但产草量高,营养价值优良,而且适口性好,青贮、刈割及放牧利用皆宜,是一种优良的畜禽饲草,在华北地区具有推广利用前景。

This artical preliminarily presented cultivation test of puna Cichorum intybus which was a newly in troduced strain from New Zealand in Taiyuan area. The results showed that this kind of new strain can live through the winter safely and complete its fertility period in Taiyuan area. Not only has the new strain high output, excellent nutritive value, but also has good palatability. The strain is suitable for preserving greenly, cutting and foraging, so it is a kind of excellent forage grass and it has good prospects of application and dissemination in Northern China.
