摘要
在实验室条件下对6个苜蓿品种即肇东苜蓿、公农一号苜蓿、爱开夏苜蓿、淮阴苜蓿、和田苜蓿、准格尔苜蓿的子叶期幼苗抗冻性进行了评定。测定了它们的相对电导率、组织相对还原力等项指标,并配以Logistic曲线(Y=K/(1+ae^(-bx))求出拐点温度。结果表明:①公农一号苜蓿抗冻力最强,淮阴苜蓿最弱,其它4种居中,其抗冻力由大到小的顺序为肇东苜蓿、爱开夏苜蓿、和田苜蓿、准格尔苜蓿。②随着处理时间延长,拐点温度升高,T_(1小时)≈-3.75℃,T_(2小时)≈-2.96℃。③在拐点温度附近,组织相对还原力也降至50%左右。
Under the condition of labortory, the frost resistance of seedlings in cotyledon age with six alfalfa cultivars(Zhaodong,Gongong No. 1,Ackershlre,Huaiyin,Hetian and Zoonger)were evaluated comprehensively. Their relative electrical conduction,reduction of TTC etc. were examined,and the tempera- ture of inflection point were obtained by the curve of logistic[Y=K/(1+ae^(b(?)))]. The results are as follows: The stronget frost resistant one among the testing alfalfa cultivars is Gongong No. 1,the weakest is Huaiyin, others are moderate. The range of moderate frost resistant ones from the strongest to the weakest is Zhaodong, Ackershire, Hetian and Zoongar. The longer the treating time time lasts, the higher the temperature of the inflection point will be. For example,the temperatures of the inflection of 1 hr. and 2 hr. treating are -3.75℃ and -2.96℃ respectively. Near the temperature turning point, reduction of TTC drops about 50%.
