燕麦穗重与其它性状间通径分析的研究 被引量:15

THE PATH-COEFFICIENT ANALYSIS FOR OAT GRAIN WEIGHT PER PANICLE

摘要 本试验用19个燕麦品种及品系对其11个性状进行研究。遗传力以抽穗前日数和千粒重最高(97.24%和96.91%),穗粒数和穗重最低(70.81%和67.76%)。遗传相关分析表明穗重与平均穗日增重(r=0.88001)及穗粒数(r=0.79838)呈高度正相关,与平均粒日增重(r=0.56083)、株高(r=0.45203)及抽穗前日数(r=0.40899)呈中度正相关;与其它性状的相关性均较低。基因型通径分析的结果为穗粒数对穗重的直接效应最大(0.92052)、其次是平均粒日增重(0.53717)和灌浆日数(0.45623)。其它直接通径系数都为较小的正值或负值。另外,灌浆日数对穗重有较大正向直接效应的同时,通过穗粒数对其又有一较大的负向间接效应。 Eleven characters of nineteen accessions of oat were investigated in this experimental research. The heritabilities of the tested oats are higher in line with days befor heading(97.24%)as well as the 1000-grain weight (96.91%), and are lower in line with the number of kernels per panicle (67.76%). The analysis for genotypic correlations among these traits shows that the grain weight per panicle is positively and highly correlated with the average panicle, weight-gain per day, i. e. the panicle grain growth rate(r=0.88001)and with the kernal numbers per panicle(r=0. 79838),and is moderately with the average single seed weightgain per day,i. e. the single seed growth rate(r=0. 56083),and the plant height(r=0.45023)as well as days befor heading(r=0. 40899). The correlated coefficients between the grain weight per panicle and other characters are relatively low. The path-coefficient analysis reveals that the number of kernals per panicle has the highest,positive,direct effect on the grain weight per panicle(0. 92052),and the single seed growth rate(0.53717)the secondplace, and the days in the grain-fill period(0. 45623)the third-place. The remain ones directly effect on the grain weight per panicle are slightly,eigher positive or negative. In addition,although there is a high, positive, direct effect on the grain weight per panicle in the grain-fill period, it has a rather high,negative,indirect effect on the grain weight per panicle through the number of kernals per panicle, too.
