以心律失常为主要表现的老年患者冠状动脉造影结果分析

Analysis of the coronary artery angiography results in aged patients with unknown arrhythmia

目的 探讨不明原因心律失常的老年患者与冠状动脉病变之间的关系。方法 79例老年 (老年Ⅰ组 )和 5 3例中年 (非老年组 )不明原因心律失常患者及 4 4例不典型胸痛而无心律失常的老年患者 (老年Ⅱ组 )均接受冠状动脉造影检查 ,记录心律失常类型及冠状动脉病变情况。结果 老年Ⅰ组冠状动脉病变率为 4 1.8% ,高于老年Ⅱ组(4.5 % )和非老年组 (15 .1% ) ,老年患者室上性和室性心律失常冠状动脉病变率均高于中年患者。

Objective To investigate the relationship between unknown arrhythmia and coronary artery disease in elderly patients.Methods Coronary artery angiography was performed in 132 patients with unknown arrhythmia (including 79 elderly patients in elderly groupⅠand 53 non elderly patients in non elderly group) and 44 elderly patients without arrhythmia (elderly group Ⅱ).The arrhythmia type and the number of narrowed coronary arteries were recorded.Results The narrowing rate of coronary artery was higher(41.8%) in elderly groupⅠ than in non elderly group (15.1%) and elderly group Ⅱ(4.5%).The narrowing rate of coronary artery in elderly patients with superventricular arrhythmia or ventricular arrhythmia was higher than in non elderly patients.Conclusion The unknown arrhythmia in some old patients has certain relation to coronary artery disease.
