韩山师范学院毕业生素质调查报告

The Inquisition on the Graduates' Diathesis of Hanshan Normal College

从韩山师范学院毕业生总体上看,用人单位的评价或自评都是比较好的。调查中的各项指标中还没有低于理论平均数的。与其它兄弟院校相比,韩师毕业生在敬业精神、专业知识、教学态度、教学能力等方面,具有比较明显的优势,但在运用现代教学技术手段、师范技能、指导课外活动、开拓创新等方面稍显不足。最后,我们根据调查分析结果对我院教育教学改革提出了建议。

In general, the graduates of Hanshan Nonnal College were positively evaluated by themselves and the employers. They gave higher ratings on the items in our scales than the theoretical average. Compared with those of other Nonnal Colleges, the graduates of Hanshan Normal College were better on the spirit of loving job, professional knowledge, teaching attitude, etc; but the ability of using modem teaching technical instrument, teacher skill, tutoring activity after school, and the innovation were defective. In conclusion, we give some advice on our teaching innovation in term of our inquisitional results.
