通过光盘检索查阅国内外大量的文献研究资料,对运动性疲劳从其定义、表现特点、机制等方面的研究进展以及抗运动性疲劳的研究进展作了较为全面的综述,并对21世纪运动性疲劳的研究方向和研究前景作了初步的展望。

By using data retrieval system and referring to a great number of documentary data in china and abroad, this thesis will comprehensiely take up the development of research on the definition, characteristics and mechanism of exercise fatigue, including the development of research on anti-exercise fatigue; meanwhile, this thesis will make the intial predictions on the research orientation and prospects of exercise fatigue in the 21st century.
