The North-West Exploitation and Ankang

本世纪三十年代国民党政府提出“大西北开发” ,陕西实业考察团对陕西各地进行了实地考察 ,南组负责陕南片的考察。北平农学院何庆云先生代表该校参加 ,并写成了《陕西实业考察记》一书。本文就此次考察活动进行分析 ,深入探讨了安康在“大西北开发”中诸种现象及弊端 ,最后提出“大西北开发”对今天“西部大开发”

As a representative of Beiping Agriculture Institute, Mr. He Qing-yun wrote the book: “The Business Inspection in Shaanxi.' This article is an analysis of this inspection. It discusses the entire phenomenon and disadvantages of Ankang in “the North-West Exploitation'. His idea of the “North-West Exploitation' is still a good reference to us when we are under the “West Development.
