摘要
张君劢是资产阶级温和派代表人物 ,在民初联邦论与反联邦论之争中非常活跃 ,起到了十分重要的作用。在联邦问题上 ,其思想和行动在 2 0年代前后发生巨大变化 ,由一个反联邦论者变化为联邦论者 。
Mr. Zhang Jun-mai, the representative of bourgeois moderates, played an active role in the conflicts between the federalism and anti-federalism in the early of the Republic of China. In the 1920s, his thoughts and acts changed significantly, transforming from an anti-federalist into a federalist. And his speeches and acts reflected exactly the features of the former constitutionalists.
