Synthesis of N-(4-hydroxybenzoyl)-N'-aryl thioureas

以对羟基苯甲酸为起始原料,乙酸酐保护酚羟基,PEG600作相转移催化剂,经系列反应制得一类新的N-（4-羟基苯甲酰基）-N’-芳基硫脲化合物,产率较高,纯度良好,其结构经元素分析、IR和1H NMR分析得到证实.

Using 4-hydroxy benzoic acid as starting materials, acetic anhydride as protection group and PEG 600 as phase-transfer catalyst we synthesized N-(4-hydroxybenzoyl)-N'-aryl thioureas The yields of the products are high and the purity of the products is excellent. The configuration of thioureas was confirmed by analysis of element,IR and 1H NMR.
