本文建立起常温下获取水中热能使之转变为有用功的一种新方法。它不同于已知的热泵,可能成为获取清洁能源的新途径。

This paper introduces a new method used to obtain heat energy which can be transformed into useful work from water under atmospheric temperature. The method is different from all ordinary heat pumps we have known. It might become a new way through which we can get clean energy.
