摘要
本文介绍一种具有高生胶强度的合成橡胶的制备方法。先使丁二烯、苯乙烯与可聚合的不饱和叔胺单体共聚 ,再加入含活性卤基的有机物使分子链交联 ,经充油、凝聚、干燥等后处理工艺而得。考察了制备过程的主要影响因素 ,研究了该橡胶的特性。
The preparation of synthetic rubber characterized by high green strength was introduced.The method was to make styrene,butadiene,and a unsaturated tertiary amine polymerize,then make the molecules react with the cross linking agent.The main influential factors in the preparation process and the rubber specific property were investigated.
