硝酸钠-硫氰酸铵-乙基紫体系浮选分离汞

<title>Flotation separation of mercury(Ⅱ) by sodium nitrate-ammonium thiocyanate-ethyl violet system

研究了硝酸钠 硫氰酸铵 乙基紫体系浮选分离汞的行为及其常见离子的分离条件。在水溶液中Hg(Ⅱ)与硫氰酸铵、乙基紫形成不溶于水的三元缔合物,在少量硝酸钠存在下此三元缔合物沉淀浮于水相上层并与水分成界面清晰的两相,分相过程中Hg(Ⅱ)被定量浮选,控制pH1～3,能使Hg(Ⅱ)与Ni(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Al(Ⅲ)、Cd(Ⅱ)等常用离子分离。

<Abstrcat>The flotation separation behavior of mercury(Ⅱ) by soldium nitrateammonium thiocyanateethyl violet synstem and the conditions for the separation of mercury(Ⅱ) with other metal ions were studied. Hg(Ⅱ) could be separated from Ni(Ⅱ)?Fe(Ⅲ)?Mn(Ⅱ) and Al(Ⅲ) by adding 1.00 mL of 0.01 mol/L thiocyanate and 1.00 mL of 1×10-3 mol/L ethyl violet at pH 1.0.
