摘要
提出在 0 .0 3mol·L- 1磷酸介质中和 80℃的反应温度下 ,定量的溴与环己基氨基磺酸反应 2 0min后 ,比色法测余溴间接测定环己基氨基磺酸钠的新方法。在测定条件下 ,方法的线性范围为 0~ 0 .5 0mg·ml- 1,检出限为 0 .0 5mg·ml- 1,RSD小于 6 .0 % (n =6 ) ,加标回收率为 90 0 %~99.7%。用于食品添加剂甜蜜素和食品样品的测定 。
In a 0.03mol·L -1 phosphoric acid solution, a definite amount of bromine was added to react with cyclohexylsulfamic acid at 80℃ for 20min. It was found that the bromination reaction proceeds quantitatively, and that the absorbance of the unreacted excess bromine in the solution can be taken as a measure of the amount of cyclohexylsulfamic acid present. Linearity was obtained for the concentration of cyclohexylsulfamate in the range of 0~0 50mg·ml -1. The detection limit and RSD′s were found to be 0.05mg·ml -1 and less than 6.0% (n=6) respectively. Recoveries obtained by the standard addition method were in the range of 90.0%~99.7%. The proposed method has been satisfactorily applied to the analysis of Tian Mi Su a food additive and of some foodstuffs.
